Welcome and thank you for visiting. My name is Steve Puchalski and I’m an entrepreneur and financial services professional living in the Metro Detroit area. I’ve been married to my wife Nicole for 7 years and we have 3 beautiful daughters, Avery, Emily & Ryan. I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, boating and taking in an occasional comedy show. When I’m not spending time with my family or friends, I love helping people.
After spending 15 years in the financial services industry helping my clients with their investments and mortgages, I have come to realize that there is so much more to becoming financially free than saving a few dollars each month in the company 401k or selecting the right mortgage. For most, that just doesn’t work anymore as new challenges, such as life-expectancy (longevity), rising healthcare expenses, disappearing corporate pensions, and potential changes in social security have all changed the economic landscape for good.
After becoming a casualty of the current recession and losing a job for the first time in my life, I have made it one of my goals to help keep people from having to endure the same type of setback in the future. You see, what occured to me over the years is the fact that my wealthiest clients (by wealthy I mean more than just money) were the self-employed entrepreneurs, not those that worked at a traditional job.
My ultimate goal to is educate people on the challenges we all face in trying to live our lives to the fullest while working full-time, raising a family and trying to build a solid financial future. In addition, I hope to convey the message of entrepreneurship and that we should all work full-time at our jobs but work part-time at building our dreams, because we will never become financially free working for someone else.
